Business Excellence CRM Program Manager

Our client is a fast-growing Medical Device company providing innovative solutions to the Healthcare market. We have been tasked to find and recruit an enthusiastic Business Excellence CRM Program Manager to help the company drive its operational excellence.
To be successful in this role the candidates should have extensive experience rolling out CRM systems and know-how how to maximize the platform’s capabilities to help ensure an effective sales funnel.
The successful candidate will work closely with external vendors and internal business partners from IT, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations and Customer Support departments to identify and maintain best practices and strategies that would support and help the business growth.
Candidates can be based anywhere in France or the UK.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Introduce and implement the company's CRM system to all commercial departments as well as lead system training as required
- Manage relationship with the IT Department, ensuring that system architecture meets the company's requirements and drive to constantly to improve the system
- Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel as well as conduct reports, provide data reviews and analyze trends to suggest a strategy to improve the KPIs of the business
- Provide daily data review and validation, end-user support, maintenance, development and implementation of reporting and dashboards
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing departments to monitor existing performances and analyze trends to develop various successful marketing techniques
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role with B2C, working with CRM software, managing large-scale sales or services focused projects
- Successful track record of new systems implementation is a must for this role
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field
- Experience managing multi-vendor relationships and budgets
- Technology literate with the ability to train and educate people
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including confidence working with executive leadership and high-profile customers
