Our client is a globally renowned designer, developer, and manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic devices and solutions that improve the well-being of customers all over the world. The business is currently undergoing significant and sustained growth with an increased global presence. In connection with this ongoing development, our client has identified a need for an energetic and motivated Corporate Sales Manager responsible for the EMEA region.

The successful candidates for this role should use their creativity and have in-depth knowledge of sales processes in order to develop innovative ideas for business growth.

Solid previous experience in Marketing/Sales related role within the Medical Devices or Healthcare industry is required. Communication and management skills are also essential for this position.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance
  • Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence purchase
  • Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications
  • Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals and manage and promote training within the company
  • Cooperate with the Marketing team and assist with global events when necessary

 

Key skills and experience required:

  • At least 10 years of proven experience in Marketing or Sales function within the Health care or Medical Devices field
  • Experience in building longterm and successful business partnerships across various multi-channels: Spa chains, hotels and resorts, Dental, Medical chains, Retail
  • Excellent program management, administration and organizational skills and ability to embrace and take ownership of projects with previous experience in a matrix organization
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, additional language would be considered a plus
  • Ability and willingness for intensively travelling, both national and international
