Our client is an innovative player within the medical devices industry working on a revolutionary technology in the field of patient recovery after severe injury. To support the development of its technology our client has tasked us with identifying and recruiting an experienced and motivated Senior Firmware Engineer to be located in Eindhoven, Netherlands. 

Requirements:

Relevant educational background

• 3 years of low level embedded experience in a professional environment.
• Solid programming experience in C.
• Proven experience with major aspects of RTOS.
• Experience with 2 or more communication protocols. (I2C, SPI, BLE, UART, …)
• Experience in design, build, and test efficient, high-quality embedded code. 

Advantages:

• Programming experience in C++.
• Worked before with a Cortex ARM processor
• Experience with automated build systems and it's maintenance.
• Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review (Jira/GitBucket/Git/Jenkins)
