Our client is a fast-growing Medical Device company providing innovative solutions to the Healthcare market. We have been tasked to find and recruit a highly experienced Head of Digital Marketing to help the company drive its operational excellence while working in a young friendly and ambitious team in an international working environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have B2C experience and solid practical experience with digital marketing ideally within any of the following industries – healthcare, medical aesthetics, cosmetics, wellness or luxury industry. You are perfect for this role if you have strong lead generation experience and you can translate creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with top management and sales team to develop the optimal products roadmap and build brand awareness from marketing product roadmap to execution
  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and manage all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics and measure ROI and KPIs and prepare a budget
  • Ownership of the pilot product launches, executions and monitoring as  well as execute all product launch presentations, and create and conduct training for multiple teams
  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction

 

Key skills and experience required:

  • International B2C experience is a must for the position
  • At least 5 years of proven successful digital marketing experience on a global level management experience of direct reports as well as managing external agencies
  • Ability to track, manage and thoroughly analyse data before presenting internally
  • Educated to degree level in Marketing or MBA education in relevant field
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive with attention to detail, efficient at multitasking and working independently
  • Demonstrable track record of success in leading and implementing strategic planning & execution
