Our client is an innovative player within the medical devices industry working on a revolutionary technology in field of patient recovery after severe injury. To support the development of its technology our client has tasked us with identifying and recruiting an experienced and motivated Firmware Engineer for Embedded Systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop embedded SW for implantable devices and related interface systems using  Arm Cortex C++ and  RTOS

• Develop user interface and embedded software for the therapy programming systems to IEC 62304 standard

• Incorporate real-time data acquisition from sensors and closed loop control algorithms

• Verify real-time closed loop control of systems parameters

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an embedded software engineer 
• Embedded software programming in Agile environment expertise
• Strong knowledge of GIT, Jira, BitBucket
• Experience with C, C++ 
• Experience on ARM microcontrollers
• Strong programming and engineering experience within microelectronics and control systems
• Fluent it written and spoken English
