For our customer, we are looking for a motivated Engineer for the Technical Support who will work with the support team on technical issues and who will represent the company and the excellent standard as a contact person. You ensure a competent solution to technical challenges and are responsible for the effective flow of information externally as well as internally.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical advice to the global organization
- Perform services, act as the main point of contact and understand the concerns of the customers
- Oversee projects, define processes and create data analyzes as required
- Participate at customer seminars, webinar training, and training courses, convey the specialist knowledge to internal and external specialists, i.e. to the customers as well as to service and sales organizations.
- The activities within the position include traveling up to 20%
Conditions:
- Educated in Engineering, ideally within Electronics or Mechanics field
- Good understanding of customer needs as well as penetrate and explain complex technical issues
- Flexible and communicative personality with creative and customer-oriented solutions
- Good to very good German is required, other foreign languages are an advantage
