Our client is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of robotic and process automation solutions for medical devices, pharma and biotech industries. To support development of one of its main product lines, our client has tasked us with identifying and recruiting an experienced Embedded C++ Software Engineer.

Key Tasks:

• Utilise latest C++ methods (model driven development) and tools (IBM Rhapsody, WindRiver VxWorks, Linux )
• Specify, analyse (architecture and design), develop and test hardware-related embedded real-time software for medical devices

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree-level education or equivalent in a relevant Engineering or Applied Sciences field
• In-depth knowledge of technical computer science
• Strong knowledge of C++ / UML embedded environment
• Experience with micro controller software, control engineering with embedded Linux, RTOS or VxWorks, creation and implementation of software tests at various levels using IBM Rhapsody, requirements engineering with Cantata++ unit test, as well as in software architecture and design with Matlab / Simulink
• Fluent in English as well as German
