Regional Account Manager

Our client is a leading designer, developer and manufacturer of aesthetic dermatology technologies with a strong global presence. In order to continue their growth and meet strategic objectives, we have been tasked with identifying and recruiting a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to cover the North London and the Northern Home counties region.
The successful candidate ideally needs to be based in the Oxfordshire area.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Sales and compliance leadership and management over assigned territory and sales professionals
- Collaboration with Marketing and Sales leadership in the creation and implementation of a region-specific sales strategy
- Effective management and training of front line sales professionals
- Natural ability to leverage key stakeholder relationships to gain access to decision-makers
- Ability to manage customer requirements effectively, and where appropriate improve and increase the scope of the product offering they are utilising
Key skills and experience will include:
- Education to bachelors level within a scientific or business related field
- Proven experience in a related commercial and strategic position within the medical aesthetics devices field, ideally within the lasers
- Demonstrated knowledge and confidence in navigating NHS/private sector sales cycles
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively and work autonomously within the assigned region
- Excellent communication and presentation skills will be vital to success in the position
