As a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will work closely with the experienced team of International Recruiters in delivering insight into the best available talent the Medical Device industry has to offer. Furthermore you will be tasked with the identification of new talent thought effective use of Social Media and through tradition Headhunting techniques. Guided Solutions has historical relationships and connections with Medical Device professionals for over 17 years, these connections need to be maintained and nurtured; the Talent acquisition team will be tasked with the maintenance of these relationships.

Applications are welcomed from Degree educated individuals with high levels of attention to detail, an open and warm personality and an ability to identify a person’s innate ability, not just their paper qualifications. Prior recruitment or talent acquisition experience is helpful though is not essential as there will be continuous professional development and education provided within the job.
